Sieur d'Arques is a winery based in Limoux (Languedoc, France). The largest producer of AOC Blanquette, Cremant de Limoux and still Limoux. A strict terroir selection, exceptional climatic conditions and sustainable development policies have combined to produce a high quality and ethical range of varietal and AOC wines. Renowned for its Toques & Clochers wine auction event during which their wines are sold worldwide to many 3* Michelin restaurants. Winner of the Sustainable trophy in 2011. IFS accreditation.
Cave de Ribeauvillé
This cooperative is the oldest in France (est 1895) and is based in the historic town of Ribeauvillé, many of the growers have belonged to the cooperative for several generations. They have 265 ha of vineyards producing all the classic Alsatian varietals, Grands Crus and Crémant d'Alsace as well as a range of Organic wines and own labels. Voted the best winery of France in 2016 by Revue des Vins de France. The first winery in Alsace to be awarded "Haute Valeur Environnementale Level 3", in 2019, for their outstanding work as a sustainable producer.
Ravoire et Fils
In 1987 Roger Ravoire founded Ravoire et Fils. Roger is from a family of wine producers dating back to the 15th century and Ravoire et Fils remains a family-run company, with the second generation, Olivier (Roger's son), joining the company in 2004. Ravoire et Fils specialise in the selection, ageing and bottling of regional wines and offer a comprehensive range of Provence and Rhône wines.
The largest, independent, 100% family owned, company in the Loire. Managed by Noel Bougrier, and joined in the company by his son Nicolas, the 6th generation since 1885. The company has been transformed by the addition of three wineries situated in the heart of the key areas of Touraine, Anjou and Muscadet, giving total control over the quality of their wines.
A family owned company, established in 1844, with a large range of Bordeaux wines covering all the major appellations. They also own 14 Châteaux within Bordeaux. IFS accreditation.
Maison Georges Vigouroux
A family owned and run, independent company at the forefront of the Cahors rennaissance. They own two Châteaux in Cahors: Chateau Mercuès and Château Haute-Serre as well as Château Tournelles in Buzet. A pioneer in Agro-Tourism with their Hotel and two restaurants that put an emphasis on local produce, notably dishes based around Truffles, Quercy Lamb and Saffron.
Les Domaines Barsalou
The Barsalou family is a long-standing winegrowing family since 1878 having settled in the Corbières area in the 18th century. The family have always embraced the terroir of their domaines, whilst incorporating modern winemaking methods. Sustainable viticulture methods are used over their 200 ha of vines. They have three vineyards : Château Villenouvette, Château Aumèdes & Domaine St Maurice.
Château de Caraguilhes
Château de Caraguilhes, located in Corbières Boutenac, has produced wine since 1958 and was a pioneer of Organic wines. Today the aim of Pierre Gabison (the owner since 2005), is to produce top quality wines from healthy vines, which offer a natural expression of the domaine's unique terroir. They have 135 ha of vines nestled in 500 ha of wild scrubland.
This Château has been producing organic wine for over 20 years. They have 145 hectares on the hilly estate; in 2010 the estate purchased an additional 15 hectares. The estate is surrounded by bushes and trees and is a complete ecosystem. The terroir is suited to red wines whereas many other areas nearby are more suited to rosé wines.
Château Puy Servain
Run by Daniel Hecquet, Puy Servain began with Daniel's grandfather relocating to Bergerac from the North of France following World War One. Grandfather Hecquet quickly fell in love with both the wines of the region, and the daughter of a local winemaker. Trained in Bordeaux, Daniel is highly respected for his expertise and acts as a consultant to multiple Domaines in the area.

Nowadays, we are the proud owners of over 230 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy and South of France, all cultivated under organic farming. For more than 150 years, Maison Louis Max has produced the very best of Burgundy and France. We pride ourselves in perpetuating the historical traditions of Burgundy and the South of France in harmony with a modern and artistic approach to the winemaking.
We work with two prestigious family owned Champagne houses to provide both exclusive and own label Champagnes to the UK & Ireland. Whatever the project we are able to supply Champagnes from Classic Non-Vintage Cuvées, to Premier Crus, Grand Crus and Terroir Champagnes.
